DESCRIPTION:Dualities give us new perspectives on the dynamics of supersym
 metric gauge theories and are valuable tools to explore their strongly cou
 pled phases. Over the last 10 years the application of the localization te
 chnique to supersymmetric theories defined on compact spaces in various di
 mensions has allowed us to calculate exactly partition functions and corre
 lators and to perform non-trivial tests of previously conjectured dualitie
 s and to discover new ones. In this talk I will  propose a new family of 3
 d dualities involving theories with monopole operators deformations enteri
 ng the superpotential. I will argue that monopole deformed theories can ex
 its even if the monopole deformation is irrelevant at the IR fixed point o
 f the undeformed theory.
