DESCRIPTION:I will review some previous work regarding the smoothness or o
 therwise of various multi-black hole solutions in both 4 dimensions and hi
 gher. It has been known for some time that static multi-black hole solutio
 ns to Einstein-Maxwell theory in more than four dimension do not have smoo
 th horizons. I will talk about recent work where the lack of smoothness of
  such solutions was shown to be worse than previously known.
