 es and tools have to say about these often diverse users’ experiences? T
 his talk will highlight case studies to demonstrate how inclusive design t
 ools can be used to augment a design process. One tool\, the exclusion cal
 culator will be highlighted to show how measuring the relationship between
  the capability of users\, and the demand that the user journey requires f
 or users to achieve their goals\, can be used both diagnostically and summ
 atively to predict population exclusion percentages.
