DESCRIPTION:We are joined by Graham Cross\, Concession Transformation Dire
 ctor\, Arriva Rail London to talk to us about the London Overground conces
 sion. The London Overground network has massively expanded recently\, taki
 ng over many previous lines operated by TOCs. With plans of further expans
 ion\, this talk shall indeed be interesting to hear about the sheer scale 
 of intra-London overground transport.\n\n\nMixed audience\, from many diff
 erent subject areas. All welcomed to come.\n\n\nThe presentation\, Q&A ses

 ..................\n\nAbout the CURC :\n\nFounded in 1911 from the Cambrid
 ge University branch of The Railway Club\, the CURC is the second oldest r
 ailway enthusiast club in Britain! The CURC tries to arrange an event in C
 ambridge every week during Full Term. On most Wednesdays or Fridays this i
 nvolves an invited speaker giving an illustrated talk on a specific subjec
 t\, and this is almost always a professional from the rail industry or pre
 servation. We’ve had big names in the past\, including senior managers f
 rom several Train Operating Companies.\n\nWe also visit railway sites term
 ly including depots\, signalling centres and industrial railways for membe
 rs.\n\nWe give you a chance to meet the top employers from across the indu
 stry and have huge success in our members going onto top Graduate employme
 nt within the railway industry…whether HS2 \, Balfour Beatty\, Crosscoun
 try\, Network Rail\, DfT etc…\n\nMembership for students costs £10 per 
 year or £25 for life membership. You can pay an annual membership now and
  upgrade to life later – and life does mean life. We charge £3 at the d
 oor for non-members\, upon your third entry to a talk (first two talks are
