DESCRIPTION:To have a balance in our mind and body it is necessary to have
  both health and wealth. It is said that 85% of our bodies’ illnesses co
 mes from the mind. By practising meditation we can learn to be free from n
 egative and cyclical thinking. Then we can work to make both the mind and 
 the body strong and balanced.\n\nSpeaker: Deying Chen\n\nChen is based in 
 Beijing\, China and is the National Coordinator of the Yoga and Meditation
  activities there. She has been a student of Brahma Kumaris for 26 years.\
 n\nChen is a speaker at many international yoga events and pioneers yoga a
 nd meditation activities in China. She has a well balanced spiritual and w
 orldly life\, and has recently held the position of Chief Representative a
 nd General Manager in China for the US company Perry Ellis International.
