DESCRIPTION:Perovskite solar cells provide a light-weight\, thin and flexi
 ble alternative to expensive common solar cells. They generate energy even
  when subjected to weak light sources and are low-cost. Dr Olga Malinkiewi
 cz will identify opportunities as well as challenges that the wonder mater
 ial provides.\n\nDr Olga Malinkiewicz is a leading Polish scientist and en
 trepreneur in the field of photovoltaics. She created a printing technolog
 y that produces cheap\, flexible sheets of perovskite which harvest solar 
 energy. For this invention Olga was awarded the Photonics21 award and was 
 listed in the ‘Innovators under 35’ MIT Technology Review. She gave up
  her postdoctoral studies at the University of Linköping and co-founded t
 he company Saule Technologies\, which now brings the solution to mass mark
