DESCRIPTION:William Binney is a cryptomathematician and former employee of
  the NSA. He designed the privacy-conscious surveillance program ThinThrea
 d. After more than 30 years with the agency\, he resigned in protest and b
 ecame a whistleblower\, exposing the massive waste in expenditure\, and pr
 ivacy violations\, in the NSA's new Trailblazer surveillance program. He i
 s the recipient of numerous awards for social justice\, including the Joe 
 A. Callaway Award for Civic Courage\, and the Sam Adams Award for Integrit
 y in Intelligence.\n\nArjen Kamphuis worked for IBM as an IT-architect in 
 the '90's. From 2002 to 2010 he advised several European countries on IT-s
 trategy\, opensource and open standards. Since 2006 he has helped secure t
 he information systems of corporates\, national government and NGO's. His 
 work ranges from regular privacy-compliance and security-awareness up to c
 ountering espionage against companies\, journalists and governments. To ke
 ep up technically Arjen is involved with the global hacker-scene and keeps
  in touch with (former)employees of spy agencies and other professionals w
 ho work at the front of critical infrastructure protection.
