DESCRIPTION:Different ways of communication have been employed since the d
 ays of early animals. Up to this day\, the art of communication is imperfe
 ct. That is why methods of efficient and effective communication over nois
 y mediums are investigated by the channel coding theory.\n\nThe audience w
 ill see examples of such methods and be introduced to a simple mathematica
 l model of communication. Based on that model\, a proof of an important un
 iversal bound on communication efficiency will be presented.
