DESCRIPTION:Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with applica
 tion forms\, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We'll dis
 cuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee\, explo
 re why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your respo
 nses as effective as possible.\n\nThis event is mainly aimed at penultimat
 e and final year undergraduates\, but is open to anyone wanting to improve
  their knowledge and skills in preparation for graduate interviews. \n\nRe
 presentatives from BP are running the session but the skills discussed are
  applicable to interview situations in most companies. \n\nPlease join us 
 for a complimentary light lunch at 1.00pm before the session starts at 1.3
