DESCRIPTION:Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is the fifth-leading ca
 use of death due to cancer in the western world.  This has been attributed
  to a lack of effective therapies and the inability to detect PDA in its e
 arliest stages.  We have developed several murine models of early and adva
 nced pancreatic cancer\, and use such models to explore the basic biology 
 and clinical applications. \n
