DESCRIPTION:Sara MacLennan\, Head of evidence and analysis at the WhatWork
 s Wellbeing Centre will talk about how the centre has developed policy and
  academic networks over the past two years particularly helping to build a
  'culture' of evidence based policy as well as the mental health and wellb
 eing agenda within government. The seminar will explore the challenges of 
 using evidence generated by RCTs within policy. \n\nWhatworks centres are 
 an independent collaborative centre that puts high quality evidence on wel
 lbing into the hands of decision-makers in government\, communities\, busi
 nesses and other organisations. We bring pioneering thinkers together from
  across these sectors to share ideas and solutions. Our goal: to improve\,
