  Wellbeing Centre will talk about how the centre has developed policy and 
 academic networks over the past two years particularly helping to build a 
 'culture' of evidence based policy as well as the mental health and wellbe
 ing agenda within government. The seminar will explore the challenges of u
 sing evidence generated by RCTs within policy.\nWhatworks centres are an i
 ndependent collaborative centre that puts high quality evidence on welling
  into the hands of decision-makers in government\, communities\, businesse
