DESCRIPTION:Interdisciplinary one day meeting on Diseases of Poverty\n\nKe
 eping the spotlight on Parasitic and Neglected Diseases\nParasitic and neg
 lected diseases are major causes of poor-health among rural populations wo
 rldwide. There is a pressing need to control these diseases through new pa
 rtnerships and enhanced collaboration.\n\nThis meeting aims to bring toget
 her multiple disciplines across Cambridge\, including (but not limited to)
 : policy\, surveillance communication\, evolution\, pathology\, basic biol
 ogy\, economics\, and ethics.\n\nJoin us and meet others in Cambridge who 
 are interested in diseases of poverty and discuss approaches to reduce the
