DESCRIPTION:Neutrino oscillation physics is very successful in the last 20
years. Now\, our understanding of the Neutrino Standard Model (nuSM) is v
ery matured\, and there are world wide effort to measure last missing piec
es of nuSM. On the other hand\, neutrino oscillation itself can be a tool
to look for new physics beyond the nuSM\, because neutrino oscillation is
a natural interferometer and sensitive to tiny effects of nature. Among th
em\, search of violation of Lorentz invariance is an active field in quant
um gravity phenomenology community.\n\nIn this talk\, I will introduce Lor
entz violation and Lorentz violating neutrino oscillations. Then I examine
the limits of new physics from atmospheric neutrino oscillation data. Fin
ally\, I will show a future prospective of the best new physics tests in t
he neutrino sector through the astrophysical very-high-energy neutrino fav
 or data from IceCube.
