DESCRIPTION:The early Heroes of the Heliocentric Universe — Copernicus (
1543) and Galileo (1632) — were pretty much entirely wrong about cosmolo
gy\; in the case of Copernicus everyone knew it\, in the case of Galileo n
obody much cared. Kepler (1609) got it right and realised that that the is
sue was a new physics to explain the cosmos\, but he was bat-sh*t insane.
Moral of the story? Bat-sh*t insane is the way to go.
