DESCRIPTION:This CGHR forum is an opportunity to discuss different experie
 nces of working and studying within academic power structures. Actions and
  behaviours of those in positions of relative power\, whether intentional 
 or not\, can range from seemingly minor incidents to assault and harassmen
 t. Often\, we feel powerless to act because of a lack of support\, feeling
 s of guilt\, potential adverse career consequences or social isolation. Ou
 r aim is that together\, we find practical ways to address the endemic har
 ms caused by abuse and misuse of power in academic relationships. \n\nEver
 yone in all disciplines\, from students to Professors\, is welcome. \n\nPl
