DESCRIPTION:What inspires us to learn? How do we create an atmosphere for 
 lifelong learning? How can we apply our creativity in our work as educator
 s and inspire our students? In this presentation I document my 5-year lear
 ning journey in making online pre-lab learning more engaging\, adopting ed
 ucational technology to make instructional videos more realistic. From ado
 pting the GoPro cameras to wearing Google Glasses\, I have experimented wi
 th a number of filming devices that suits the flipped classroom model. The
  application of Instructor’s point of view (IPOV) is one excellent way t
 hat excites our undergraduates\, encourages them to learn better and culti
 vates intrinsic motivations. Remember\, we are in charge in ensuring stude
 nts acquire a Technology-Enabled Blending Learning Experience (TEBLE) in t
 he 21st century.
