DESCRIPTION:We will review the basics of 8 supercharge quiver gauge theori
 es in 3 dimensions\, defining the Higgs and Coulomb branch as well as cert
 ain geometric invariants of these objects. We then show a duality between 
 the Higgs and Coulomb branch that is not (manifestly) 3d mirror symmetry. 
 Time permitting we will also talk about how for ADE quivers these quantiti
 es are certain spin chain partition functions.\n
