DESCRIPTION:Active working fluids lead to the possibility of "boundary-dri
ven cycles"\, where work could be extracted by tweaking the details of the
confining trap (stiffness\, trap position etc) cyclically in parameter sp
ace - even at single reservoir temperature. I will discuss some properties
of these active engines\, using ABPs confined by harmonic walls as a spec
 ific worked example.
