DESCRIPTION: In a first time\, I will present some results obtained previo
 usly on the quantification of unique continuation for partially analytic o
 perators. I will then explain how it can be applied in the case of hypoell
 iptic operators to estimate the localization of their eigenvalues and thei
 r evolution associated (wave\, heat)\, and give applications to control.\n
 This is joint work with Matthieu Léautaud.
