DESCRIPTION:Non-Gaussianity in primordial density fields is known\nto be a
  unique probe to discriminate inflationary models.\nI present the effect o
 f primordial non-Gaussianity\non CMB temperature anisotropy and large-scal
 e structure\nwith a focus on their topological properties quantitatively\n
 characterized by the Minkowski functionals.\nDeriving analytical formulae 
 of the Minkowski Functionals\nfrom primordial non-Gaussianity\, I apply it
  to compare with\nWMAP data and then give a new constraint\non a usual non
 -linear coupling parameter fNL.\nI also present the effect of primordial n
 on-Gaussianity\non the development of large-scale structure using N-body s
 imulations.
