The Reading and Reception Studies Seminar is convened by Dr Elinor Shaffer FBA . Dr Shaffer is a Life Member of Clare Hall, as well as Senior Research Fellow, Institute of Germanic & Romance Studies, University of London, and Director of the Research Project on the Reception of British and Irish Authors in Europe (known by the acronym RBAE ).
