Monthly journal club with a focus on statistical methods in data processing used by the omics. The aim of this club is to provide a forum for people involved in analysing multivariate data from approaches such as transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics and to allow the cross-fertilisation of ideas between different omic approaches.
This club is open to all, just come along.
Venue: Meeting room 1 of Cambridge Systems Biology Centre
Date: Last Friday of every month at 2pm
Organiser: Denis Rubtsov (dvr22’at’cam.ac.uk)
