The UK’s first conference dedicated specifically to comparative syntax. We intend the 2012 conference focusing on ERGATIVITY to become the first in a series of annual conferences, each concerned with a specific comparative theme. This is an initiative of the Rethinking Comparative Syntax (ReCoS) group (see http://www.mml.cam.ac.uk/dtal/research/recos/).
