Abstract
Targeted sequencing is an efficient method to interrogate genetic variation at the specific gene locations. This requires pre-selection of loci of interest and subsequent design of sequencing strategy to reveal the genetic variation. The sequencing results require advanced bioinformatics analysis to define associations between the genetics variations and the phenotypic features.
Session 1 Discussion on how targeted analysis of hot-spot mutations enable identification of clonality in blood
Session 2 Discussion on causal genetic variation and molecular mechanisms related to different autoimmune diseases Discussion on improved bioinformatics workflow for disease Quantitative Trait Locus (QTL) analysis
