Abstract
We say that a subspace of F 2 to the n is cyclically covering if the union of its cyclic shifts is the whole space. We show that, if $p$ is a prime with 2 as a primitive root, then any cyclically covering subspace in F 2 to the p must have codimension at most 2, (conditionally) answering a question of Cameron from 1991. In this talk, we will discuss some of the ideas involved in the proof.
