Abstract
In this masterclass, Dr. Clara Novo will: âĸ discuss the presence of unusually permissive and hyper-transcribed chromatin in pluripotent embryonic stem cells âĸ present evidence for an additional role for the open chromatin organisation âĸ discuss how epigenetic regulation of satellite regions contribute to the genome integrity whilst providing a platform for cellular fate commitment
Our second speaker, Dr. Rodrigo Grandy will: âĸ address the mechanisms that interlink cell cycle progression and cell cycle machinery to cell differentiation âĸ present evidence that shed light onto whether the cell cycle plays any role during differentiation âĸ present novel mechanisms of action for key elements of the cell cycle machinery during cellular differentiation.
