Abstract
I present recent methods to obtain the analytic form of two-loop helicity amplitudes in QCD . The results are analytically reconstructed from exact numerical evaluations over finite fields. The evaluations of the amplitudes are performed with the numerical unitarity approach, which will be discussed in some detail. In addition to the unitarity properties geometric properties of the amplitudes are used to simplify the computations.
