A chance to hear Luke Webster, wine connoisseur and enthusiast, presenting a tutored tasting exploring the science of maturation, as exemplified in the fortified wines of Portugal and Madeira.

Tickets £5. (Tickets for SCI non-members will be available from 1 Sept 2008.)

Numbers limited to 40, so please book early. Members of SCI and RSC can bring a guest.
