Abstract
The last decade has witnessed a dramatic change in stellar astrophysics research, following the detection of stellar oscillations in thousands of stars by space missions such as CoRoT, Kepler, and TESS . In this seminar I will discuss how these oscillations are being used to characterise stars in different evolutionary phases, as well as to infer information on the details of their internal structure, allowing us to address long-lasting open questions in stellar astrophysics.
