Abstract
Just in time for the Christmas and New Year festivities, Jacob Fuller will introduce a choice selection of Scottish whiskies. He will describe the science behind the production and maturation processes, and explain the different styles of the Island, Highland and Lowland whiskies, with some interesting examples.
