Virtual and Augmented Reality enable new and exciting ways of working and interacting with digital content. However, transitioning from conventional interactions on a smartphone or computer to fully embodied, 3D interactions in mid-air introduces many new interface design challenges. This presentation will outline these various challenges before describing how they can be addressed to support the development of next-generation Mixed Reality applications.
