Abstract
Primordial features are signals generated by possible scale-dependent physics during the primordial universe. The observational constraints on these signals are expected to be significantly improved through forthcoming CMB polarization measurements and large-scale structure surveys. In this talk, we will explore the potential implications of detecting such signals for our understanding of the primordial universe. These implications include providing observational evidence to distinguish between inflation and alternative scenarios, detailed dynamics of inflation models, and a variety of beyond Standard Model physics at the energy scale up to the Hubble scale during inflation and beyond.
