Abstract
CMB spectral distortions are now recognized as a powerful probe for early universe and particle physics. A lot of the work has focused on understanding the formation of distortions and what these could teach us about the Universe we live it. In this talk, I will give a very brief overview of these developments and then focus on some of the emerging synergistic opportunities with CMB spectral distortions, highlighting new links to 21cm cosmology and the great potential of CMB spectral distortion anisotropies.
