Abstract
Speaker biography: James Reading is a T cell immunologist specialising in cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune regulation during chronic antigen exposure in cancer and viral infection. He is currently integrating high dimensional analysis of antigen specific T cells with profiling of the neoantigen landscape to improve our understanding of the evolutionary arms race in lung cancer. He hopes to better define immune failure, identify clinically useful biomarkers and highlight novel, targetable axes for immunotherapy.
