Abstract
How do we manage to stay up on a bike? What does this have to do with astronomy, aviation, or even particle physics? In some way or the other, all involve spinning things. Dr Hugh Hunt brings the topic alive with demonstrations involving boomerangs, gyroscopes and bicycle wheels.
