Abstract
“The Longterm Effects of Crisis Experiences β Evidence on CEO Stress, Aging, and Deathβ
Ulrike Malmendier is the Edward J. and Mollie Arnold Professor of Professor of Finance, Haas School of Business and Professor of Economics, Department of Economics, University of California, Berkeley
Professor Malmender received her PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University, and her PhD in Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Bonn.
Professor Malmendier’s research interests are corporate finance, behavioral economics/behavioral finance, economics of organizations, contract theory, law and economics, law and finance. Her research is published in leading journals including American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Finance and Journal of Economic Literature, She has earned numerous awards including Fischer Black Prize by the American Finance Association.
