Abstract
Managers within organisations already complain they struggle to get the right information to make fact based decisions, let alone be able to make well founded predictions. At the same time we are seeing an unprecedented explosion of data inside and outside organisations – some classically structured but much of it text, voice and video. How can organisations react to this? Will they? If so, when? This session will explore some of the issues and potential approaches that could be taken.
