Abstract
This talk will provide an overview of the research findings of an international study (Canada/UK) funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), and focusing on the use of Computer Algebra Systems (CAS) technology in university mathematics instruction, and on issues surrounding the sustained development of a technology-based approach to curriculum within mathematics departments. Highlights of the literature review, Canadian survey, case studies, national workshops, and web-based resource will be shared.
