Abstract
(Abstract to be confirmed)
Dr Paul Herriotts is the Technical Specialist in Ergonomics at Jaguar Land Rover, where he is involved in the development of all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. He has considerable experience in the field of vehicle ergonomics, having previously worked at the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA), and also at BMW Group. He also has an applied research background having worked at universities in mainland Europe and the Far East; he has researched extensively in the field of older drivers and his PhD relates to this topic. Paul passionately believes in ‘user-centred’ design and strives to ensure that vehicle design moves towards this goal; this is evidenced in the Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles we see today.
