Abstract
Four case studies will be presented at this talk by two visitors from Bologna University: 1. Improving Educational courses for graduate students - Tools for systematic design - Engineering and Industrial Design interaction - Training for the small and medium enterprises
2. Improving the design process for local SMEs - Examples of design of prototypes and mass production
3. Healthcare product design - Design and Experimentation of a Pneumatically Actuated Vestibular Stimulator for Diagnostic Medical Tests
4. Service design - Design of pneumatic devices on high-speed automatic machines through a hybrid approach
