Absorption energy decay rates show peptide phosphate bonding structures

Abstract
”Peptide and polypeptide structures can be examined by means of the decay rates of absorption energy emissions. The variation in these rates show exactly how the phosphate bond within the peptide structure is formed and how the electronic charge on each part of the bond is related to the structure of the phosphorous linkage within the bond. The data of energy emission decay can be analysed by classical and modern quantum mechanic methods and with statistical analysis of anistropy of decay. This system of interpretation of energy emission decay data is a powerful instrument for determing larger atomic structures such as RNA and can be developed for other electronic structure applications.”
