Abstract
We will fix an elliptic curve E/K for an imaginary quadratic field K, with complex multiplication by ξΔΈ. For an abelian extension F/K, I will talk about how we can use the complex and p-adic L-functions attached to E to deduce results about the arithmetic of E/F (e.g. E(F) – the F-rational points of E).
