Abstract
If you enjoyed getting involved in the CMS Open Day at the Cambridge Science Festival last year, then why not help out with an event for schools to be held on 6th July?
A Schools Enrichment Day is taking place on Friday 6th July in the CMS . The aim of the day is to inspire students currently aged 14/15 (just ending first year of GCSE ) to continue studying maths and Further Maths at A-level, and hopefully also to inspire them to apply to university for a mathematically-related degree course.
As part of the event, we’d like to offer an interactive session of activities and hands-on demonstrations, similar to the sorts of activities that take place in the annual Science Festival, and we’re looking for volunteers to help.
Come along to this information session to find out more.
