Abstract
All members of staff are invited to participate in the InterConnect consultations being held in Lent Term 2014 to explore the experiences and perceptions of individual members of staff from all cultural and ethnic groups, i.e. White British, White Other, and Black and Minority Ethnic. The goal is to understand the successes and challenges that staff face from all cultural backgrounds when working at the University. We hope this exercise will help us to identify good practice and areas in which the University could perhaps make improvements as part of the InterConnect initiative.
There are four sessions, one each for Assistant, Academic-Related, Academic and Contract Researcher/Post-Doc staff groups, to reflect the distinct experiences of the University that each group has.
