Abstract
Classical potential theory deals with basic and fine properties of harmonic functions and more in general to linear elliptic and parabolic pdes. Nonlinear potential theory tries to do the same when considering nonlinear equations. I will try to present a panorama of basic estimates in this setting, emphasizing a few recent developments.
