Abstract
In this talk our latest results in the area of organic field-effect transistors and integrated circuits, with strong emphasis on the different technologies adopted, will be presented. The talk will be split into two parts. In the first part I will present data on complementary-like organic circuits based on ambipolar transistors. In the second part I will discuss our resent results on soluble electron transporting organic semiconductors and their utilisation in n-channel field-effect transistors and complementary logic circuits.
Series This talk is part of the Optoelectronics Group series.
