Abstract
Minimal Gauge Mediation is a simple and predictive mechanism of SUSY breaking that elegantly solves the SUSY Flavor Problem. However it is difficult to accommodate a 125 GeV Higgs with a light SUSY spectrum, which motivates extensions of the minimal model. In this talk I will discuss two examples: in the MSSM one can consider new matter-messenger couplings with a flavor structure determined by simple underlying U(1) flavor models, while in the NMSSM one can add direct singlet-messenger couplings. Both models allow for a light SUSY spectrum and lead to an interesting new flavor and collider phenomenology, respectively.
