Abstract
Integrative structural biology combines data obtained by progressive high-resolution methods such as single-crystal X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, NMR , HDX-MS, and Cryo-Electron microscopy to build enriched, dynamic, models of macromolecules and the multi-component complexes they form. Three talks are presented which together illustrate the use of integrative structural biology techniques to build our understanding of the mechanistic biology and the mode of action of specific inhibitors for diverse drug targets of interest.
