We are extending Super-Resolution techniques and their applications to thick sample imaging. We will be discussing certain aspect of instrument design crucial for thick sample imaging and will show example 1 and 2 color images in a variety of cell (RPE1, COS7 ) and tissue samples (Drosophila: egg chamber, gut, wing disks, brain, Organoids: Pancreas) up to ~55 Ξm deep.
